One of my favorites. Tasty, easy to make, and very quick to prepare.
2 – Skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/4 to 1/2 cup Italian dressing (I use lite Italian dressing)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Pour 1/2 the Italian dressing in a sauce pan and cook the chicken breasts for a 3-4 minutes on one side. Turn chicken over for another 3-4 minutes. Add remaining Italian dressing over chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
